I collaborated with a luxury bedding and bath company, leading their marketing team in developing and optimizing automated flows. My contributions included enhancing various flows such as Welcome, Shopping Cart Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Sunset, Replenishment, and Thank You.


Our efforts led to substantial improvements in open rates, click rates, and revenue per recipient, with the welcome flow's first email open rate increasing from 28.5% to 63%. I also spearheaded the launch of an SMS marketing program, achieving a 110x ROI. Over two years, we established a consistent email marketing strategy, surpassing industry benchmarks in performance metrics.
