I leveraged my expertise to spearhead a complete email and SMS marketing overhaul for a prominent Western clothing company. Upon arrival, their email program consisted of infrequent, generic blasts to a limited audience. I spearheaded the migration to Klaviyo, a robust marketing automation platform. This move not only facilitated the launch of a comprehensive SMS marketing program, but also enabled the creation of eleven targeted automated email flows. These flows addressed various customer touchpoints, nurturing leads and fostering brand loyalty.
Additionally, I implemented a strategic email campaign schedule, ensuring consistent, high-value content delivered four times a week. The combined impact of these initiatives resulted in a dramatic shift – email marketing revenue now accounts for over 40% of the brand's overall revenue. Moreover, the program consistently outperforms industry benchmarks across key performance indicators, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. This data underscores the effectiveness of the implemented strategies and their contribution to the brand's success.
